  This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Rome (15 minutes walk to Termini, 5 minutes walk to Manzoni or Vittorio Emanuele subway stations). Actually, we have not used subway or buses to get to any main attractions. The hotel is located on the first floor of res - The owner Max is just a straight up nice guy, always providing great service and recommendations, to the point of making dinner reservations for us. The location is interesting as the place can be hard to find, though it is close to Termini Station and the Manzoni Metro Station. The decor of vintage movie posters....well, you'll either love it, or it may just be a bit too much for you. The room we had was comfortable. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

  It is a very young modern Hotel. - The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices.

No problems during our stay at all!
