Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and nice. The staff lent me an electrical adapter when mine would not work quite right in the outlet. Directions and advice about laundry were great!!
Centrally located made this a great option. I had recent knee surgery and appreciated the fact that there is an elevator.

Room was one of the best we had in Ireland. We had a triple and the room was large as was the bathroom. Recent upgrades and very functional for guests. Elevator made it very easy. Didn't hear any noise from late night bar singing. Super location right in the middle of Kenmare. Parking was easy on the street right outside hotel.

On arrival the staff were so hopeful from word go , ease of check in and attention to detail and informative of all information regarding the hotel , bar , restaraunt and general facilities etc. All the staff were local and very familiar with the local area , which was a great help to me as I was travelling on to Causeway in Kerry and it was great

Brian was lovely. We arrived late around 9pm due to getting slightly lost on our way down and he offered to give us with some bread and butter etc to have a bite to eat since we were very tired and hungry. Helped us get settled in and showed us DVD's etc that we could use if we wanted to. Really nice spot and perfect to stay for the night to then

Brian and Beate were so sweet. I called to say I was running late for check in and they had no issue waiting for us to arrive. We were traveling with a baby and they offered to set up a baby bed for us. Breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere was so warm it made us feel right at home!

This a is gem of a place! The location is great, right by the river and
close to the town and all its amenities and has ample parking. Our room
looked out over the river and had a delightful sitting area, was
comfortable and very clean. Anne and her husband are wonderful hosts and
full of local information should you need it. Great location for driving
the Ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula etc. Breakfast was great too - if
you are looking to stay in this area you won't do better.

We stayed in the self contained apartment adjoining the house and were greeted with tea and biscuits on arrival. Joan and her helpers couldn't be more welcoming and easy going. Very happy with location. It 2 min drive from Killarney,not too close to all crowd. Really nice. We'll be back for sure.

Our hosts Dominic & Lillian's warm hospitality, generous hearty breakfast and evening meals, a blazing open fire, musical talents, local history and more, made our stay so memorable.
