All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

It was centrally located in Connaught Square, near shops, bars and restaurants, with an amazing view of the city from the restaurant/dining room. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helped us to find out way around the area. Breakfasts were lovely and hygeinically prepared and you could have as much (or as little) as you liked. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra day. We stayed in more than 8 hotels in India. This was our favorite, and also by far the least expensive. It had everything needed in the roo, including pillow top queen. Excellent hotel close to the airport. Complementary airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, Breakfast and even Bottled Water which is a rarity amongst 5* hotels in New Delhi. Thai restaurant is simply superb – probably the best Thai food I have had. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing. A couple of nice bar/lounge areas. Really can’t fault this hotel, will definitely return.
