A good place to spend a night between flights. Sheets were clean, hot
shower worked perfectly, towels were provided. Included breakfast
(toasts and coffe) was served even on early checkout (5:00am). Free WiFi
was avaliable in rooms. We ordered free luggage store service for 2

Staff were excellent, very accomodating, nothing was to much trouble, they were also very attentive and friendly, the food was incredibly good and was good value for money, would definetly stay again, one of the nicest Boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. This hotel is very under-rated and under-stated

Big airy rooms, with classy decor. The hotel's spa was mind blowing. The staff was very polite and our requests were fulfilled in instants. It wasn't even funny their hospitality was top notch. the hotel is affordable yet you can experience luxury here without it being too damaging on your pocket.

We requested a bigger room and we were kindly given one - thanks to the very nice, cheerful and helpful lady who was at the front desk. There was also this guy at the front desk when we checked in and he was pretty grumpy looking and it seems like he's doing us a favour whenever we ask questions. We never saw him smile and we have no idea why this

The staff were friendly and helpful, available 24 hours. The hotel room
was always cleaned to perfection. It is located in the heart of
Cannaught Place, so the hotel was close to the major shopping areas and
tourist destinations. The food was amazing as well. We extended our stay
by another week and got the same pricing as our first week. Overall, we
will definately stay here on our next trip.

the shower is really nice, the room is clean and the bed & blanket are clean and comfortable, the staff asked us whether we wanted beers after we just arrived (from a long train ride, maybe we look like we need beers), the breakfast is good even though we have to walk a bit to another hotel
