Excellent service, very friendly staff eager to help and provide everything that's needed - often went out of their way to cater to any requests. Car is readily available 24/7 for travel and is in good condition. Wifi access throughout the hotel, and good breakfast options. The staff were absolutely brilliant and had a "can do" attitude. They all genuinely cared that your stay was as you wished it to be. Spa is lovely. As the clientele is predominantly businessmen the upside was that the pool was always quiet.

Design, very gentle and friendly staff, modern hotel and very comfortable. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The top roof restaurant with its city view is really super. The Club room with access to executive lounge in 9th floor during happy hour and free internet and free airport transport is really top.

This hotel was a real gem. It was very good value to money and still despite its cheap price ( compared to other hotels in Chennai) was very clean, had a bright lit foyer with sofas, a plasma screen TV including an additional TV in our room, fully air conditioned and all reception staff spoke fluent English. Room service was available and there was free wifi throughout the hotel. Definitely the nicest place I have stayed in in Chennai. There is also a restaurant with good food.
