  The staff (that guy we met when we arrived to the apartment) is really nice and polite, speaks good English. They are flexible regarding check- out times (we checked out at 1pm and it was absolutely fine with them.) If you have children and you want to enterta - We loved the place (stayed in apt. no. 4). It was very convenient with the underground parking just below the apartment. The staff (Tibor) was very friendly and helpful. It's so easy to travel from there when you have bought the 72-hr Budapest pass for the public transport. The Mexikoi metro station is just 10 mins away and it takes just 10 mins. on the yellow line to reach the very center of Budapest or 2 mins. if you travel to the Szechenyi Baths.   Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..
