The host Gabor picked us up from the airport at midnight with no extra charge and was very friendly. He even took us on a quick night tour of the city pointing out landmarks and places on interest. Also Gabor offered to take us to the supermarket if we needed supplies. He took us into his apartment and explained the metro to us. The apartment was very clean and easy to stay in. It was better than the apartment we have in Sydney! It was a great place to stay, 5 minutes walk to the metro and 3-4

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.

comfortable. It was equipped for all our basic needs and the staff were

A great location, if you want to be near the main tourist street with lost of shops and restaurants (which are open late and sell everything at 'tourist prices'). The apartment has an unique atmosphere, with very high ceilings, windows opening to Vaci utca, and a church sitting in the back yard.

It's the second time we've stayed there in a short while. As we went to Croatia by car, we stopped in Budapest going and coming back. After the first experience in the hotel, we wanted to return. Perfect for a family of six. We were traveling with grandparents and two
children. 1 and 1/2 baths, two bedrooms with double beds, and a
living room. Very nice kitchen. The apartment was nicely prepared for
us, with living room fold out couch already prepared for our children.
The grandparents had a nice place to hang out while we toured around.

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.
