The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are clean, tidy and beautifully designed. The food is excellent and the staff is always ready to help. The hotel is near the subway wich is leading to the center of Budapest. We had a great time and I will recommend this hotel to everyone who go to Budapest, because you get a lot for less money. Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Excellent choice for spending one or two days in Budapest for affordable amount of money. It is far away from the city center. The nearest metro station is close to the hotel, so you can reach different parts of Budapest very easily.
todo comentarios » Location is perfect, only 50 meters to bus (two stops to the metro) or 900 meters to metro by foot. Room was nice, clean and spacious. The best of all very friendly and helpful staff (thanks again ladies). Free parking. There is nothing else to want. Good place to stay in Budapest, Hotel is located near tram station, so city center is in 10 min away. Perfect with business trips. Liked the venue a lot. Stuff at reeception is very helpful, rooms are well decorated and comfortable enough. the staff is great, very polite, always willing to help the room was very clean, big, has new furniture. Minor minus is that there were two futons on double bed. Location is far away from the city center, but for the ones who need just to sleep one night it is not a big deal. on the GPS, please set the latitude/longitude coordinates ; if you enter the street, it is confusing. Breakfas was poor but still delicious. The breakfest could be better, more options. The room has not aircondition, so I have to sleep by open windows, outdoor little bid noisy. Heating wasn't working even after one night spend there and three complains to the staff. In that night that we spend there the car near to us was broken by thiefs. Bad Wi-Fi coonecton in my room. But in corridor and on reception desk it was fine. The elevator. Absolutely undrinkable bad coffee for breakfast. Rather noisy at night. Very slow elevator. No AC, this is the worst thing if there are more then 25 degrees outside, for sure is like a sauna.The location is not great, near main road and with the window opened you cannot sleep. Wi-Fi was not working for all our stay and the staff didn't know why. There was an awful smell in our room (214 I think) coming out of the bathroom. We were missing an air condition in the rooms with a 40C outside !!. Hotel is isolated from any significant grouping of stores, restaurants or shops. Hotel name Viktoria easily confused with the Hotel Victoria, which is located in the center of Budapest. Cleanliness, Facilities, Comfort. bad internet conection and the breakfast. Dirty drain of a shower through water didnt want to go away ... I tried to fix it but it was completely filthy (((((((. The aircondition, there were no aircondition. But the internetsite said so, but that was a lie. One of our rooms had ants.. This was not a good hotel compared to the price.
