  Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. This was very beneficial as we saved money on breakfasts and enjoyed hospitality on our balcony.   The hotel´s facilities were excellent. We loved the fact that we had an early flight and they prepared us breakfast at 5 am. The room was very comfortable and clean and the pools were really nice. Breakfast ws complete and good. - Personal muy amable, instalaciones estupendas, desayuno bufet excelente.

  The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. The owner was extremely helpful and very welcoming. For a small fee he picked us up from the port and took us to the airport.. A shuttle is available but get a car and explore Santorini for all it has to offer. Petite palace is a perfect distance from Fira and the car rental comes to you. The shuttle takes you from Fira to hotel and back multiple times

  The hotel is super! The hotel is very well located - a three-minute walk to the cable car and the stairs that lead to the old port. We had family room. Two floors, two bedrooms, large living room. Jacuzzi is in the bathroom. Very nice and comfortable room with great views and a terrace in front of the entrance! A wide variety of drinks in the mini... lo que la gente dice » bar. Plenty of towels - to use in the room and take to the beach. The staff is very friendly! They help in any issue. Two speak Russian. Two days we - This is a great hotel. Couldn't really ask for anything more. If you truly want to enjoy Santorini and make the most of your time, stay here. We didn't have to worry about finding a mediocre restaurant with a view because we had a 24 hour view right from the comfort of our room. And with a patio you could buy some wine or beer and sit outside as long as you wanted. Not to mention that this isn't a large hotel, so you really feel catered to.   The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
