Location is very good and truly railway doesn't disturb with any noise, perfectly soundproofed. We haven't used the free transportation tickets, because city centre is rather small, but option itself is appreciated. Excellent choice. Great, friendly staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast buffet and very conveniently located to get around in Mannheim or use the close train station for a trip. Early concerns about noise coming from the main station proofed to be not necessary, my room was very quiet, while even facing the station.

Very friendly and helpful. Even though I arrived at 11 pm. the monthly TV guide in the room was open at the right page... this suggests an attention to detail which was confirmed throughout. - Close to the train station and street cars. Nice size room and staff was great.

Most important is one key per person. Not one between two. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Central location of hotel. - The location was great. There were plenty of stores and restaurants in the local area. The pool was a lot of fun.

I think it is a new hotel, so everything is clean and modern and good. The room is not very big, not it does not feel crowded probably because I am living alone. It is wonderful that the mini-bar is free with multiple selections in it. -
All new and fresh and clean.
Walk anywhere in the city centre.
