The apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped - everything you would need for a few days city break. Fantastic location right outside the U-bahn so everything is very easy to get to, 24 hour supermarket very close by as well as kebab shops and other restaurants. Very friendly staff were waiting for us on arrival and allowed us to check

Very good choice to visit Berlin! Big, clean and warm - located perfectly near Nollendorfplatz metro station, close to a supermarket - very good quality/price ratio. If I come back to Berlin, for sure I will stay in these apartments.

The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. Plus the fact that the hotel is 5 minutes from a major u-bahn station, 10 min. away from the Berlinale center, in a lively but safe neighborhood. -

Hotel's owners - Simone and her husband are so friendly, will solve any your problem and guide you what to see in Berlin. Breakfast is nice and so Germany-stylish. Very tasty bread! Room is clean and big enough, shower is clean, birds sing amazing in the yard!

I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed.
Great location a short walk to the subway and near a street with a number of restaurants and cafes, but set off the main road so it stayed pretty quiet most of the time.

Besides our very kind host, the location pf the apartment was superb, close to public transportation, yet still nice to just stay in. Everything was sleek, clean, well thought of. I would definetely book it again and recommend it to everybody.

Good city location slightly off centre. U-Bahn station only a few minutes walk away. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I stayed in a newly refurbished room which was very nice. Breakfast was extra but worth it - good value for money. A new on-site hotel bar. Lifts to all floors. English widely spoken if required. Stayed at this hotel numerous

Location. Easy quick walk to the BulowstraBe Ubahn station. Restaurants on PotsdamerstraBe around the corner. Wifi was great. I was on the ground floor in the section of the hotel that was only accessible via a quick walk through the hotel's parking area, but therefore the room was QUIET. No noise from the train outside the front. The room also felt newly renovated.

My boyfriend and I had an enjoyable stay in The Palacina. Felix is an excellent and kind host. Very friendly and supportive. We've felt very welcome and at home. Berlin is a wonderful city. But I've never stayed in the Schöneberg/Kreuzberg area before. It's a lovely and lively neighborhood, 24/7 super market nearby (which is closed on Sunday from 00:00 am on Saturday!) and U and S-bahn nearby. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and clean. I'll recommend The Palacina highly! Thanks much
