The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -

... lo que la gente dice » room is very clean, basic but with all is necessary. bathroom was very big and with a bath tub/shower which is very handy. A small TV was nice to have only to help the sleep and a small fridge/minibar was also nice to have.

The free breakfast buffet was served at great times (until late
morning) and was actually more than a few stale croissants- meat,
bread, yogurt, bagels,cereal,fruit, boiled eggs, etc. The hotel offers
free wifi- which works and is usable and fast. The location is above an
u-bahn station, and on a road with trams,though the location is so

restaurants,cafes, and shopping. -
The location is perfect. Mitte is a great area with lots of vintage
stores, nice restaurants en great pubs. Within a couple of minutes you
walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big
hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor,
Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can
recommend this hotel to anyone!

40+ couple. Stayed in twin/double room for 2 nights. Ideal as a base. Next to gas station if driving. Quiet sound proofed rooms, clean, open 24hours, value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Towels, hair dryer and shower gel provided. Own bathroom/shower. Smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Air con and comfortable bed. -

Stayed here 3 nights in October-November 2013 and it was a good
experience. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking from Osloerstrasse
U-Bahn station (u8 and u9 lines). Check-in can be made at the automatic

doesn't have a huge variety but it is acceptable.
Overall, I strongly recommend this hote -
The room & bathroom are v clean and new. The lady at the reception was v friendly, helpfull & funny. We loved her. The hotel is in a quite area but the tram is just accross the street & the underground is 5 min walk & take 10 min to reach the center of the city. The price is gr8. Wifi is good and free. I would come back to this hotel if i visit berlin again

East Side Gallery is 5 minutes walk, with O2 Arena and Radialsystem V in the vicinity too to provide excellent concerts.
