The place is really good to stay. It is easy to find and close to check in. Moreover, it is the center of the city: 3 min to Check Point Charlie and 15 min to Branderburg Tor and Museum Island. Having a whole apartment for myself! Very well located, only 2 blocks away from Charlie Checkpoint.
There is a small market just in front of the apt.
I recommend booking an apartment only for those that will stay +4 nights, otherwise it is not worth it.

Lo centrico que esta. Los dueños son muy amables y el apartamento esta muy bien equipado, incluso tienes lavavajillas. El personal hablaba español e ingles, te ayudaban en todo - Lo mejor es la zona en la que está ublicado. Muy cerca de la Puerta de Brandenburgo, Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie,... el staff súperamable y la habitación era espaciosa. El wi-fi gratis también es una gran ventaja.

Estuvimos en los apartamentos de Wallstrasse y nos encantó. Mucha comodidad y muy completo, lo recomendamos. Además se encuentra bastante centrico puesto que en 10 minutos andando te plantas en el Berliner dom. - Céntrico, bien equipado y muy confortable. Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market.
Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner.
Staff were friendly and always helpful.
The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. Ham, cheeses croissants, smoked salmon, toast, cakes etc. etc. Great location. Lisa helped

The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself.
We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money

El departamento es simple, antiguo, pero limpio y tiene todo lo que uno necesita. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el centro y tiene la entrada a metro en frente de la puerta. -
La ubicación es perfecta, está justo delante de la parada de metro Kochstraße. Tiene de todo, es una pena no haberlo aprovechado más pero es barato comer por Berlín.

absolutamente todo, es espectacular el departamento, super equipado con lo ultimo en tecnologia, y la mejor ubicacion de berlin. super recomendable - situación, limpieza, todo el apartamento estaba recien renovado. Amabilidad de los propietarios, hablan español perfecto.

The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want.
Only 5 min walking to metro station where from there you can start using Berlin great public transport metro & tram connections.

The receptionist was a bit rude to start with but later he was better. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to
