The best hotel I have stayed in Hamburg. If you order one or two months before your journey, you will have the best quality/price. Excellent choice.

The hotel staff were kind and cooperative.

Internet!!! I don't know why the internet was so expensive. Furthermore you can buy internet for one hour and only use it continuously.

Excellent, friendly staff - all speaking perfect English and very attentive and helpful. Made our Hamburg visit one to cherish. Would definitely recommend.

Friendliness and efficiency of staff, cleanliness, incredible breakfast.

A little inconvenient for public transport but with taxi services available at short notice, this matters little.

If you have business with the University Clinic-it is ideal. If you visit Hamburg, it is also fine, as it is located close to trendy Eppendorf. Very nice breakfast.

A bit noisy during the night, when you leave your window open. Only one towel for two people...

Good breakfast buffet although not cheap at 19euros

I was charged 46 euros for 2 whiskeys in the bar!! Double whiskeys, but still?!! Would have expected free wifi when paying over 100 euros a night without breakfast. Room safe didn't work. Told it would be repaired, but wasn't.

Very nice clean room with good facilities. Excellent for business travel

Duvet on bed is too small. I do not know why in Germany you have a double bed and 2 separate duvets.

Ridiculous prices for Internet and parking. Especially considering the price of the room.

It's new, clean and breakfast is very good. Parking is underground and easily accessible. The bar and reception staff speak excellent English and are really helpful. IPhone charger by the bed, tea and coffee, cosmetics in the bathroom - many small things that make a big difference.

German pillows! They collapse to a thickness of about 1cm, so I bring my own from home. You shouldn't have to do this for such an hotel.
