All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The evening reception staff and restaurant servers were outstanding. They cared for our and our dog's every need without asking.

The pet charge per day is a little steep.

The staff were very helpful and as we can not speak German they assisted us with all our requests- they even helped us to purchase tram tickets at the tram station opposite the hotel

Nice by order breakfast. Location is good to access Frankfurt Messe.

This hotel was one of my favorate but unforntunately it is no longer what used to be. My colleague was told no room when checked-in but after taking some time, I found a confirmation from the hotel. Receiptionist, her way of talking is not professional.
