Friendly staff, very helpful and professional. The hotel was warm, the rooms and general nautical decor was fun and interesting but not contrived. Perfect for a short break and we would like to return. The Petit Brocante was a good recommendation for a great meal - thank you. -

Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the young man who ran my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The location was perfect for a quick visit to Rouen. Looking out my window at a Gothic building was very atmospheric.

Clean, comfortable, convenient stop-over on long journey. Know that dogs accepted in all Ibises, and that private off street parking is available at Barentin, whereas the parking is difficult at one Rouen Ibis and in an underground parking open to the public at the other. -

The shower was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. The window was big. The staff were friendly. In short it won't blow you away, but trying to find something to complain about is hard. -
