I had a very nice 3-night stay. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, letting early-arriving guests park their bags well before the official check-in time (wish i'd known that!). The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

I particularly liked the internal space near the lobby - small very nice patio. This hotel is very well located (not far from Gare du Nord and close to Grand Magazines). The room is very small butclean and equiped with nice antique furniture (mid 50th I guess). Staff is friendly, helpful and welcomed. I like this hotel very much

I loved the entire design of the hotel so v elegant. It had central heating with towel heating. They also paid attention to every request I made. The staff Benedict, Jean and everybody were so pleasant and were so eager to help. Always smiling and kind. It was directly opp the metro. I was also lucky to meet the owner. Lovely lovely people. They made Paris a wonderful experience for me and I will definitely stay there again. So in love. Uche
