We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue. Very neat and clean and close to supermarkets.
Good price and location. The area isn't bad like people make out, possibly intimidating at first but friendly and cheaper than the tourist areas.
Clean flat. Secure.

The apartment was bijou but made up for it by being central,clean and comfortable.

Location is convenient, close to metro line 4 and 2. The owner is helpful.
The area it was in was quite seedy, and there are quite a few stairs to take so if you have heavy luggage its challenging.
The main shower head needs fixing but the other one works fine (I'm sure it'll be done soon!.

The area is not so great. However it is within walking distance to metros and key landmarks like Sacre Ceour Basilique, Montmartre.

Nearby streets looked a bit dangerous at night, mainly near the Barbès-
Rochechouart subway station.

There are no windows in apartment №1, very small bathroom.
A little low on cooking accessories, thin walls.
Were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper so we had to buy more.
The location was on a bit of a dodgy street/neighborhood so we didn't really go out at night much.

No windows, chicken shop downstairs, room smelt of chicken,noisy.
They will charge you extra 30 euro for clean fee when check in, be aware of that. Location is not safe, lots of that kind of people live and wander at this district.
The ventilation is pretty poor, only one small window which could not let fresh come inside. The would not recommend you to stay here in summer since the air condition didn't work which blow cool and hot air into room at same time. The host is helpful to solve the problem but useful.
