  The location is just couldnt be better. Common areas are very basic, but the room was just exellent. I booked single room and I ve got a huge room with 3 single beds, big flat tv, spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. Nice light in the room. Everything u need.   Location was great. You can by foot reach to 3 metro stations as well as trains. most famous places like Concorde, Opera, Lafeyette and Madeline is 5-10 minutes by walk. The guy in the reception Yannick was so helpful and friendly. Because of a problem we had by the reservation, they upgraded our room.   This is a truly lovely budget hotel. At around €100 a night for a decent- sized room with a private bathroom and shower, this is a great deal for the location. We walked there from Gare du Nord; it's also very convenient to the Metro, and there's a bike-sharing (Velib') station just outside the front door. The staff is wonderful... Overall, this is - Location is great, just 5 mins walk to the metro station (which is near the city centre and has both 8 and 9 line passing by). There are lots of restaurants nearby ( if you are a Chinese, you will like the Chinese restaurant on the left side of the hotel). Staffs are friendly and helpful and there is a small lift in the hotel.

  The location was fantastic close to shopping, transportation both train, hop on off bus, transport to airport. Great coffee just down the street. Close to walk to just about anything that you required. Internet access was terrific and channels available on the television. Access to telephone with calls was most appreciated. A - I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers. Even though it was only one bedroom, it worked perfect for us! The kids loved it and the location is awesome!! The terrace is great, something you won't have at other places. It was easy to get checked in and the things offered at the apartment were more than I would have expected. I would absolutely stay here again
