The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time. They helped us figure out how to get around and what to see. Also enjoyed the prompt breakfast. We chose the continental breakfast. It was served in a lovely way in their cozy little restaurant area. Thank you for upgrading us to a suite on our 1st visit to Paris. We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, everything was perfect - location, shopping all within easy reach. The Room is clean, spacious and well kept. It was certainly a surprise for us after reading al the comments about the room being small for Paris Hotel. It was just nice for a couple. The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute! We had dinner

Fabulous location close to the Arc de Triomphe and a short walk to the many restaurants bars and cafes on and around Champs Elysees. We could walk to the Seine in about 20 minutes and a further 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. We traveled by train from CDG airport changing at Les Halles and arriving at Charles de Gaulle Etoile which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. With hand luggage this was fairly easy.
