- Before we arrived, the hotel GM sent us email, offer us to provide extra bed for free, for our 6 years old daughter. I failed to reply, but when we arrive at the hotel, the extra bed already prepared for us. What an excellent service.

The location of the hotel was excellent - the exit from Gare de l'est (Boulevard de Strasbourg No.5 exit) brings you in front of the hotel entrance.
The staff is very friendly and in case of early arrivals will keep your luggage so that you can go ahead and explore Paris.

We stayed here for one night before flying home from cdg. This hotel is
a 2 minute walk from the Gare de l'Est, which is very convenient if
you are arriving or departing there. The staff were very pleasant and
helpful and moved our room to a higher floor when we asked. It was
unusually hot in Paris that day, so we left the window open with the fan
on at night as there is no a/c in the hotel. Despite the open
