We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Lafayette very much. Location is excellent - just a mere moment from Gare du Nord in a quiet side street. I imagine it may be a bit far from the centre to some people but the metro is just 2 min away and it will take you to Louvre in 10 mins. The room was compact and comfortable with a nice view of the Pierre
Semard street, quiet and so typically Parisian. Breakfast was
awesome, everything fresh and abundant. The staff very helpful. We
really had a great stay at this hotel which I recommend to other
travellers. Location, 5 minutes walking from Poissoniere metro
station and 10 minutes leisurely walking to the Opera Garnier and
Galeries Lafayette. Great!

In fact I didn't stay at the hotel but booked it for two of our grandchildren and a friend. They enjoyed their stay and found the hotel very convenient for the Gare de Lyon and transport to Charles de Gaulle.
