Chalet style hotels are a given in the Alps. The hotel's public areas are clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were Alpine style with very comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Very clean. Great view from our 4th floor room. We had requested that our teenage childrens room be close to ours even though we had differ

Hotel is located in quiet part of the mountain close to the tourist
office with it's own restaurant & include excellent buffet
breakfast. Also plenty more restaurants located within 20 mtrs &
handy small deli supermarket. It has 3 easy optional way's to access
the rond point of the mountain. Either circular bus outside the door,
the gondola about 5 minute walk or ski & lift access across the
road. Handy coded ski/boot storage downstairs, with hire shop on the

We have just spent a week my 8 year old daughter and I at this hotel and I have to say it was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can ski almost to the door which was great when you have a child. Also the breakfast was very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody. -

La ubicación - proximity to the ski slopes. Ski-in/out. Also located in the centre of the village so convenient for shops/bars, etc. Friendly staff. - Good location. Right outside ski lift and local shops,bars andrestaurants.

Very friendly staff and great service. Reception and restaurant accommodated most of our needs and requests. Staff even had dinner waiting in our room for our first night of late arrival 23:00, and brought us breakfast to the room on special request one morning even though it's not policy. A very friendly and fantastic staff that speaks English very well. No
problems having to modify reservation.
The mountain views from the room and balcony are incredible. Aside from the breakfast buffet, there are no other meals available but there are plenty of great places to eat within a short walk (staff recommended couple great places!).

The staff were absolutely fantastic - welcoming, friendly, enthusiastic and efficient. A welcome email before was very helpful (I was there during the Tour de France). They went to a lot of trouble with my dietary needs
