  The veranda restaurant overlooks some superb countryside, the food was delicious and good value with an interesting selection of local wines. The staff were friendly and informative. - The terrace where we ate with lovely views. Bedrooms are very simple but fine and comfortable......very good value for the price.

  I loved the location, in a small town on top of a hill near the windmill (the Auberge car park is half way up the hill). The room was comfortable and clean. The french speaking staff were very friendly and helpful when I tried out my basic french. It was a good idea to book half-board (demi- pension) as I doubt other restaurants are open so early ... lo que la gente dice » in the season. Plus the supper was excellent as was the breakfast. - The hotel and its setting in the small tiered town were absolutely outstanding. You could actually see Queribus from the hill behind the hotel.

  None of the above words really says what we felt. This was the friendliest welcome, the loveliest setting and probably the most enjoyable of our 17 days away. Thank this couple profusely on our behalf!! - If Cucugnan is in your way, don´t doubt to spend one night there. They are so fiendly and the environment is so peaceful!
