Great Historic hotel since 1914! Its in the Downtown central Chamonix shopping street! Great mountain view to the French Alps from the 4th floor. Old style large rooms. -
The staff were extremely friendly and spoke a little English which helped.
Breakfast was basic but served the purpose and everything that was there was good quality.

Although not within walking distance to Chamonix the hotel is in its own unique position across from the Bossons Glacier so provides amazing views of that and Mt Blanc and the other mountains. The owners were very friendly and provided extensive explanations. This small hotel is totally charming. One of the owners is an interior designer for chalets, and this place could certainly be called a model. There is so much attention to detail, that one always discovers something new to look at. the location of this hotel is very convenient. if u r travelling to Switzerland it is enroute to Switzerland. it is not very far away from city center and the hotel card provides u free bus service to Chamonix center. my family like the location of hotel very much. totally recommended for young honey moon couple and family too. -

En frente al hotel está la parada del colectivo. Si se quiere esquiar, en el mismo hotel te alquilan los equipos. Muy linda vista desde el restaurant. La atencion es buena.

The view of the mountains. Access to Chamonix. Fully equipped apartment. Proprietor was very helpful throughout. Other than the street cleaning machine in the morning there was no traffic noise and the apartment was quiet in spite of being in the center of town. -
Owners were great, friendly helpful and very accommodating.
