  The hotel was fresh, clean and new with efficient friendly staff at a brilliant budget price. The room was spotless with comfy beds which were cleaned and made up despite us only staying 2 nights. The layout of the room was very clever and made excellent use of the space making the room feel bigger despite a double, single bunk and cot being prese... lo que la gente dice » nt. - It was a great place to stay for what we needed and staff was very friendly and helpful, price was right, our only complaint was that we didn't realize it was out of Bayeux approx. 4Kms and we didn't have a rental car (and there weren't any to rent in town) so we needed to taxi everywhere and that got a bit pricey.

  A friendly family run manor house with the owner being very helpful but not 'in your face'. A quiet location but convenient for Bayeux and the Normandy region. The accommodation was quaint rustic French cottage type which added to the character of the place and the visit.   Everything! Located in a tiny village, but near important historical sites, the b & b is an old Normandy farmhouse, right out of a French film. The proprietors were the perfect hotel hosts: charming, friendly, talented and accommodating. All of the food was fresh from the local markets.   Vincent and his family were so warm and welcoming into their several hundred year old "fortress". It was beautiful. We are American but live in Italy and travel a lot for work and leisure. This was one of our favorite places to stay.
