Lovely decor and friendly helpful staff. - Our stay at your hotel has been a wonderful experience. Not only was the room large, spacious and well equipped, the chambermaid did a good job cleaning up and arranging the beds neatly everyday.Most of all, your frontline counter staff have made our stay a memorable experience.

The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen
is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to

Sensational service from the minute we arrived. Oliver and his team are very professional, helpful and offer tremendous value.
On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!).

Location. Also the owner was very kind! There was not a hairdryer, but he bought a new one in the same day.
Small balconies -but it is nice to have a coffee in the morning. Carefour and the market are 5 min from the hotel. -

Que en la suite hubiera dos habitaciones independientes. - El personal ha sido muy amable y el parking que era gratuito. El dueño del hotel es muy amable y ayuda mucho. También hay que destacar la calidad del equipamiento, así como las facilities de cocina.

Such a nice place to stay!!!! We travelled with the whole family, so we stayed in the biggest room on the top floor. It was so so so excellent!!!!! Warm and Friendly - Friendly, informal, helpful staff, inexpensive, breakfast basic but fresh and of high quality, relaxed atmosphere. Excellent free wi-fi which actually worked all the time - essential during my stay. Hotel cat also friendly!

The apartment was of a good size, with separate bedroom and combined living room/kitchenette. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. Apartment was clean and had sufficient space for a family. Ac worked
fine. No traffic noice. Information up front (1 week before) and during
the stay (by email) was good. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery
store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes
walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches
of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau.
Price/quality is good.

We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view
