We've had a great vacation. The staff is really nice and they want to do everything for you. Especially the gardens at the resort are stunning. The swimming pools are very clean. Also the food is very good and there's always enough to eat. Entertainment in the summer is also really nice. We've laughed a lot. Also very very close to a beautiful sea!

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble! The location was
great, just a short walk from Soho Square and only a 15min drive from
the airport! The pools were humungous on the new side of the hotel! The
food was delicious, so much variety and there was no problem eating the
salads or having ice in your drinks :) -

We have enjoy our trip, get good relax, staff was so freindly, available and so helpful. Open buffet was good and also the Italian and Fatima (Oriental food) restaurant a la carte was very testy. So close to Soho Square ( the new area of Sharm El Sheick : Dacing Fountain, Shops, Bar....... ). Diving area.

I liked the pool very much, the room was spacious and nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very beautiful and well designed, the seafood restaurant has quite an amazing view although the food is average.
Soho square is very nice and I strongly recommend eating at Fusion21 such a great place with excellent food and service. -

staff were great. facilities excellent. Rooms are clean. Breakfast excellent. clean pools and great beach for snorkelling and diving. great location for relaxation and only 15 min drive to the marina and city canter.

From a hospitality point of view -
This was the most relaxing experience we have had in a long time.The resort has very besutiful landscaping and is very clean.The staff were very friendly and extrenely helpful.The room service was top notch and thorough. The only reservation we had was on the room price which is quite high but I guess you get what you pay for.We were given a room upgrade upon arrival with sea view which enhanced our experience as the sunrise view from the room balcony was breathtaking.
