  Carsten was so kind and helpful! He really helped us with navigating the city and figuring out what to do. He made us feel right at home. The rooms were really nice, the beds were very comfy, and the kitchen was awesome. The first night we slept in a room on the 4th floor, but the morning after we were offered to be moved to a more comfortable room on the 2nd floor.
