The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

It was Luxurious and very good value for money. Well positioned to the metro so made it easy to go into the city. We enjoyed this hotel so much we went back the following weekend. Best hotel to date on our Europe trip and the best price - I highly recommend. - Very good location. connetected to metro, convenience to anywhere

The location is excellent, walking distance to just about everything. Good restaurants, sight-seeing (the astronomical clock) shopping, metro and on-again/off again bus.
The hotel breakfast is also a wonderful way to start the day, as it a complete breakfast with lots to choice from. -

Perfectly placed (walking distance from the airport exit, well connected with the city center); very helpful staff, excellent restaurant (both for dinner and breakfast). - The convience of how easy it was to get too. Also the nice big, comfybed and pillows
