La tranquilidad y la amabilidad - The hotel staff is very cooperative and very kind. I can say I was treated as a queen there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I was brought a kind of complimentary cookies upon arrival which made very nice impression. There is a small gym, infrared sauna whirpool and solarium. Good spacious room on top floor, street noise from pubs in street below not noticed at night.
Had left some camera memory cards behind in room, contacted hotel and Katerina from front desk sent them on to us. Top marks for that! -

I use to stay in this hotel when I am in Ostrava. Everything is perfect. Nice room, good Wifi connection, excellent restaurant. All you can expect froom a good hotel, mainly for business purposes. -

Don't look much from the outside, but is very nice inside. Absolutely a hotel and restaurant to recomend if your trip goes to Ostrava. A little outside the centre but with trams right outside the travelling is easy and cheap. I've heard that it's one of the best hotels in Ostrava at a reasonable price.

The Zameck hotel is convenient with tram access to downtown....and the prices are OK. - The Zamek Zabreh is not a good hotel. It is an excellent hotel. Room was large and clean. Bathroom sparkled and had good free amenities. Hotel bar and restaurant were very high quality. Free breakfast was superb. Car park in front was low cost and easy to get in/out. Located next to an attractive park.People were friendly and many spoke English well! -
