The experience was fab, the concierge was brillant, very helpful and great advice with young children. The in house music and video library was also great. You can also reach the Old Town with a lovely 15 minute walk across Charles Bridge. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good with all the staff making you feel very special and welcome.

We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The

The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite .
