  amazing hotel, truly the 5 star experience. The staff is very nice, they do their best to speak english (but they are better in German). I think they really did an effort to improve breakfast, we read some bad reviews about it, but we thought thought it was good. The best thing about the hotel is the spa. Beautiful location of the hotel, straight at the lake with the forest and lake views. Suite views are fantastic, bathroom is sooo spacious and cosy! Balcony and terrace are inviting to enjoy beautiful and colorful sceneries.
