The Staff was very nice and helpful. Very few spoke English. The common areas were clean and well kept. The beach was very nice and the whole resort was very safe and secure.
The beds were terrible, it was so uncomfortable that I needed to get massages to work out the pain. On the last night they booked a party by the pool with live music. I have been to quieter rock concerts, it lasted until 2 am. Not even an apology was given, the manager when checking out was too busy to talk with me. I have travelled extensively and have never seen anything like this. I was very disappointed.
