The hotel was charming and well located. Once the businesses closed for

Hotel Patio de la Cruz is a lovely hotel. It is well-located on the edge
of the San Diego neighborhood. The rooms are simply and elegantly
decorated. The air-conditioning was very cold (except during the power
outage - which seems to be a somewhat regular occurrence in Cartagena) a
made-to-order breakfast is included and is served on the upstairs patio.
The staff is friendly.

The staff was amazing- spoke English really well, always wanted to help and always smiled.
The location is the best in the old city- you can walk to everywhere.
Breakfast was really good, wifi always worked. You can do reservations to everything with the hotel- to playa Blanca, to the volcano..

The staff was friendly and helped a lot when booking tours. The location was great. it's not located in the city center (it takes 15-20 min by walk and 5 min by taxi), but it's worth it because in Bocagrande there's a lot of bars, restaurants and beach is 1 block away

The staff was wonderful, helpful and all around great. Was nice to have both small cool jacuzzi on roof with some sun, as well as pool down below (both small dipping pools). Our little son of 2 years old also loved the parrots!

This is my 4th time staying at the hotel. It is accross from the beach and close to everything. A little old but the room is discent and the included breakfast has agood selection, quality is OK. -

In the first place, the decoration is amazing with this caribbean feel,
with works from Botero all over and beautiful furniture, etc. It has a
nice "terraza" with jacuzzis where you can relax and have some
drinks. The staff is wonderful, the food is great (it has an italian
