Es un apart-hotel, de aproximadamente 40 m2 cada habitación, 2 tv, wifi
en habitaciones, nuevo, con camas y baños cómodos y modernos. Tiene
nevera, congelador y lavarropas que no usamos por falta de tiempo. Los
desayunos son variados, de estilo occidental. Buena ubicación, hay
mercados locales muy cerca y se puede ir caminando al Jardín yú. (15

personal habla perfectamente inglés y es muy servicial. -
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, si gustan de caminar, se puede ir
caminando a todos lados: people's square, shanghai museum, the bund,
old town...la habitacion es moderna y muy limpia, tiene cocina y hasta
lavarropas! Y el precio me parecio mas que razonable para los servicios
que presta. Ni lo duden!

Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Lobby is grand, and the open restaurant is excellent, get the grilled salmon for lunch! Gym facilities and pool is fantastic, lots of space and good equipment. The room & bathroom are spacious and well equipped, with complimentary bath salts, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a
fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was
helpful and most spoke some english.
The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting

Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there.
I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

I thought the hotel was great. Staff, especially Joey at concierge desk were wonderful. I would rate the hotel an 9.5 on a scale of 10. The only negative was the lounge chairs, and lack of them. They were plastic and not enough for all guests. -

Didn't know about our Booking .com reservation on arrival so we took a more expensive room; but worth the money - a really comfortable luxury hotel. Staff we're extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and top floor happy hour viewing area. -
Location is great. 5 minutes walk from Pearl Tower, Aquarium and metro station. Lot's of shopping

Great hotel in great location. Good food in the hotel and also many choices for eating in the shopping centre next door. The Metro just outside the door makes it easy to get to downtown Shanghai or a taxi is easy too. -
Clean, comfortable.
It is very easy to find everything that you need in this hotel.
