This is my favorite hotel in Shanghai. Before it belonged to Langham Group and service was better at that time. Guess now it is under Chinese management and service is slightly getting worse. But location, atmosphere, design is still perfect. -

The stay at the Puli was perfect from beginning to end: wonderful,
modern room with a unique and chic decor(increasingly difficult to find
with cookie-cutter hotel aesthetics); fantastic food at the restaurant;
and well-maintained and luxurious facilities. I won't stay anywhere
else in Shanghai now.

It is nice hotel, good choice for bussiness or family/friends trip. I spent 7 nights and felt like in freind's home. Breakfasts were very good and there were choice between local or european cuisine. I travel a lot in China and I was really surprised about the profesional and efficient staff. They look after the client and take time to answer the questions. For sure I will stay again in this hotel when I have to stay in Shanghai. -

We loved our stay at Seventh Heaven hotel! It was in a fantastic location - right on the main pedestrian shopping mall in the heart of Shanghai, and only a few minutes walk from the line 2 Metro stop.

This hotel is in a great location on a pedestrian only street and close to metro train stations and many shops. The family suite was large with very comfortable beds and free bottled water! At night it was quiet after 10pm when all the shops close and the street entertainment stops. Our luggage was stored safely when we went to Hang Zhou for a night. Reception staff have good English.

The Fairmont Peach Hotel is one of new favourite hotels. The service was outstanding from the moment we were collected from the airport and during our whole stay. I cant recommend this hotel enough.
