It was probably the nicest hotel we have stayed in in China. The room
itself was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The meal in the
Western restaurant was also good. -
Luxury hotel, excellent design, furniture in the lobby, bought for 18.000.000 RMB ! Spacious and very comfortable, quiet, fresh room. Big, clean and cosy bathroom.

This hotel was fantastic! Very clean and modern design throughout. The rooms are well equipped, extremely modern & comfortable in all aspects.
The staff were extremely helpful with any of our requests.
Attractions such as coastal city, sea world etc. are a short (and cheap) taxi drive away.

I liked that the staff were always able and willing to help out. They also asked for feedback and took that feedback on constructively. Staff very well trained always polite, helpful and courteous. The room and hotel are impeccably clean!

Staff were accommadative. I checked in at 2 AM and when I went to the room, it was smelling of cigarrete smoke - I called the frnt desk immediately and the room was changed in a minute. Hotel was not open we have spent 2 hours looking for it , they moved us
to another hotel not finshed and not ready to receive customers in very

Good location near the Kecun subway station for Line 8 to Pazhou
exhibition center, as well as line 3 to Guangzhou East Rail Station.
Other reviews have said they don't speak any English. A few of their
staff can speak the minimum necessary. Janice at their sales desk could
speak pretty good English and was very helpful for our entire stay. -
