The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch. Very nice hotel. I give it 5 stars all around. It seems like one of the more "Chinese" hotels because some of the staff didnt speak much english. There were more locals staying there too. Needless to say I never had a problem communicating what I needed. Great for business travelers. There is a desk in the room with all the supplies you would need

As an English speaking traveller, with no Chinese, I found that I was well catered for. They had a Russian girl Julia and a young Frenchman Alex to look after the foreign visitors. Both were very helpful and had good English skills amongst other languages. Location was excellent for railways and shopping

It was about 50 metres to a large modern shopping centre, Takoo Hui Shopping Mall. Which had a wonderful food court, super market, etc.
The Hotel served a top breakfast. Excellent rooms, and helpful staff. Would stay there on my next visit, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so good. -

Very good level of quality throughout. Rooms are comfortable and to a good standard of finish, furnishing etc. Excellent location, in the business district but close to shopping and restaurants and adjacent to the Linhexi subway station that provides a direct link to the airport and connections to other parts of the city. -

location is the best thing i like. It was located in the prime area but still have the residential sense. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and the room is so nice. I love it much !!!

As the category of rooms we booked were full, we were upgraded to a better category and as a result, probably we were better served and standard of rooms were better. Notwithstanding, we do appreciate being upgraded. -

the reservation personel were very nice and did have one or two that understood English. the room was more than I expected it to be and for the price was also very good. not to far from the central part of town or train station. if I had another trip in time I would stay again.

The staff are English speaking and go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are well appointed and have all facilities. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

Location is great - just few minutes from Pazhou exhibition center and metro station. This time we've found small cafeteria at -1 floor so you can have breakfast there. Wi-fi speed is good enought. -

Restaurante Laurel - The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite. We would happily stay here again and would recommend the Century Plaza Hotel to our friends. . - hotel position
