The staff all helpful & friendly "one American staff member called Cris" in particular, nothing was too much trouble !! probably the best hotel i have stayed at ( they are actually like apartments ) FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY !!

Good size room and bed. Very good bathroom and shower.

The smell of cigarette smoke was very bad in my room even though I requested non-smoking

Not very helpful staff though they are saying that oakwood is like home, stinky smell in the bathroom the same thing happened in oakwood Guangzhou the hotel moved us to another room because of a problem in the toilet
