Very nice and helpful staff. When none of them speaks English, they use their dictionnaries in their smartphones and try really hard to help you. Despite of low price, I satisfied with the service and the place in terms of clearness and quietness. Friendly courteous staff especially when I was sent to 5 different rooms. Very bad experience. The staff did not return my credit card to me after I paid the bill. The hotel also charged me extra half day of hotel charge just because I checked out by 1.5 hours late. The room does not have hair dryer and when I request for it, the staff said there is no more hair dryer available and asked me to wait for next morning!.
