Excellent customer service. Reception and bar staff speak excellent
English and go out of their way to help you.
Trip to Mutianyu was excellent value for money and despite being stuck in a traffic jam was a fantastic day out.
The hostel is an easy 5 min walk from the Dongsi metro station. Very easy to find. Don't be put off by comments which say it's hard to find.

We thought the staff, Xiao wei and Gu jie, were excellent. They were tremendously helpful to us and very friendly and caring.
It was very close to the main attractions of Beijing but in a very quiet area. We felt very safe.

the location is a little far out, close to the temple of heaven and pearl market,however, there is a tube station close by, which is very easy to use. Located in Sanlitun, a "foreigner friendly" area with its restaurants, shops and nightlife.
The bathroom in our room was minimalist but definitely did the job.

The situation in a very nice hutong, not touristy at all, very close to a nice and small market, close from the subway.. -

I love the bar/resto and the rooftop! A nice place to hang out at
night or when we just want to rest for a while. I like the location
because its still in the middle of city but it's not as crowded or
as noisy as other city centers. It's also very close to metro
station. All in all, it's perfect place to stay! Very excellent and
helpful staffs too

Great atmosphere and great staff - Beautiful courtyard residence in close proximity (walking distance) to the forbidden city and two parks. Very helpful and welcoming staff, completely fluent in English. No need to hesitate with your questions, you can trust their advice and recommendations.

Nice room, powerfull air conditioning. very big t.v., very comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and was very willing to help us wih every need. - Warm welcome from staff very friendly but they had problem to allocate the room and the first nite was not psent in the hotel due to poor booking control of other guests extended stay.
