Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Room was fantastic for a young family and location is brilliant. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 10 Stars!!!

was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo

The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered our names as we left and re-entered the Hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the walk-in shower was excellent. The suite was very clean, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. Glad we paid a little extra and got the suite with the balconies and fireplace. Location was easy access to water taxi, or a good walk over the bridge to get to Granville .Island. Granville Street was very close too, we walked it every night. It had many pubs and stores. Police were present, we always felt safe.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere

minute stroll to Canada Place. $8 taxi ride. The hotel itself is well
appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared
to European standards and well equipped, coffee maker kettle,
fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the handy kitchenette. Queen beds
were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.
Vert Good Value for money.
