The staff at Front desk. When I checked in , there was a staff name Jeromie. He was very welcoming and very helpful in checking in his system for a Room with good view. I liked the hotel room, it was clean and very quiet. The staff were
very friendly.
I also loved the location its in walking distance to all main pubs and stores downtown.
So I liked the hotel for the location.

Everything was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. A bit pricey though not for the budget conscience. -

The view, the front desk staff. With the exception of 1 waitress ( who was proficient in her job ) those who waited on our table were lacking in some skills.

I stay here anytime I travel to St.John's. I was there in January when a huge snow storm came through. This was the time you won my heart, about 50 guest were storm stayed and the hotel rose above, we were all feed and treated like family with no extra cost to our bills. The staff were so helpful and willing to please. Our suite was a bit of "home away from home", with very comfortable beds and always well maintained. The on-site restaurant has a nice variety to the menu, great food, good prices and hours of operation. We will definitely book our next stay in St. John's at the Ramada.

I loved the look of the building. The room was cozy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was awesome. Meeting Karen was like I knew her my whole life. Welcoming and friendly. I will book there again, for sure. -

The room was quite nice, spacious comfortable bathroom, quiet; close to
downtown, easy walking distance for everything in the downtown area,
nice to have wifi and long-distance calling included in price of room. I
can see this being great for a group of epople travelling together,
sharing the sitting/dining rooms, as well as kitchen.
