Friendy staff, nice setting, hikeing close, nice dinner in resturant (although we were the only diners), clean spacious room.

We think this is mostly a wintertime sport location (we were there in mid-August). Pretty far out of town, and a little bit difficult to find.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet when I was there - might be a little 'busier' during winter. It's somewhat off the 'beaten path', although the route to it was straightforward & well signposted. Room was clean, tidy & the water was hot.

Could do with a 'key drop-off' box by the front door for people who depart early.

Very quiet place and the cabin is located in a very private place.

Really like the main lodge. It was very cozy and enjoyable to stay in. Overall, I very much enjoyed staying here. The peace and quiet of the location was highly enjoyable, also. The balcony view was great.

The location is a bit of an odd choice with those massive power lines right outside the property... but that's a minor issue. The sauna didn't have a water bucket to use.

The fresh air and balcony view. Washroom clean.

Lack of washroom counter, shower drain slow, and electricity unpredictable due to winds. The elevator and stairwell were restricted when we had to check out the next morning 7am so had to use outside stairwells while handling all the luggage down the stairs. Another family was leaving at the same we were and had to wait to pay. The entrance was locked so we couldn't return key to front desk so left them in room.
