  The concierge was very personable, the food at the William Tell Bistro was delicious and the room was very nice for the price. - The hotel was very convenient to access BC Place and local restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent.

  Great service from a very engaged team. Excellent location in one of Vancouver's interesting areas with very good transport links. Great rooms with outstanding beds. - So trendy, with enough space, a great vibe, and outstanding décor. Located in a wonderful area and we were able to walk the entire seawall of Vancouver from there.

  Staff was helpfull, we were first time visiters to Canada and they gave us great recomendations about where to eat, and what to do in bc. Wanted to say an extra special Thank You to Glen A. for taking such good care of us and helping us find great affordable eats and entertainment. We were on a week long road trip and stayed at 5 hotels in 7 days ... lo que la gente dice » - this by far was the best value of any place we stayed; and our room was absolutly perfect for 2 guests; having a seperate bedroom and living room sp - Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving
