We liked all of it.
The rooms were clean and tidy with hidden extras (look on your pillow). We loved the fake log fire as heating.
The views from the garden were lovely. We stayed when it was complete snow (Feb), would recommend a season when you can sit in the garden on the various chairs provided.

This little gem is right on the St. Lawrence River. It's location is made even more special with the beautiful gardens and boardwalk. Charming "cottages" with comfortable furnishings, kitchens, fireplace and stunning views. The vintage vibe just adds to it's charm. I really enjoyed the yummy muffins included in the continental breakfast!

The owner of the Motel, Emilia makes you feel like a best friend staying at her house. She was always helpful and available if something was needed. The room was extremely clean. The staff are by far the most amazing and approachable staff yet! The check-in was so smooth and made me feel like I was at home. The rooms are super clean and the area was maintained very well. When they had their snow storm they were out plowing the snow to accommodate their guests. If your want a positive guest experience, Tay Inn is the way to go! Thanks you guys were amazing!
