Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a
sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the
doorstep of the Farmers Market. Being close enough to the village that
we could walk there in minutes to enjoy the Crankworx events but far
enough away that the noise and large crowds did not disturb us. -

Staff were very helpful in finding a secured spot for parking when I arrived late as this was a weekend in Penticton that gets very busy with families.
The rooms were very sound proof giving me a great sleep.

Love this hotel! everything was fantastic! The breakfast was filling and nutritional! Lots to offer for all ages! The service was impeccable! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and very accommodating! Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and relaxing after two very hard days of working in the area! Freshness of facilitie...felt new. Liked the privacy of the parking lot. Felt very safe there...as in went for walk to Mcdonalds a few blocks away. after talking to front desk guy. He totally reassured me that it was a safe area. Grandson loved the pool my husband liked the hot tub. appreciated the A/C, liked the breakfast area. Felt really good there and slept well. No traffic noise was a bonus. Would stay again even though it was quite aways from our baseball tourny we were watching.

We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great for families to split up and walk to the activities of interest, whether shopping, the park or the waterfront. Restaurants are close and the full kitchen

Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .

Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard.
The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

Perfect location right off highway. Good stopping point in trip from Spokane to Edmonton. The hotel clerk , Veronique, was so warm and friendly to us that on the return trip we spent the night again. The rooms were ultra clean and the beds were a fine welcome after drving for 7 hours. -

We love your setting of tropical plants and fountains, your jacuzzi, sauna and pool. Dining on the patio of the restaurant feels like being outdoors in some exotic location. The food is always delicious and so are the drinks.
When we stay overnight in PG we always book a room at Esther's Inn. -

- 3 beds, 2 of which were in a seperate room with a door so you could move around without disturbing everyone.

Price was very good, room was immaculate clean, suite was quiet. No traffic noise, sounds from other suites minimal. Bed was super-comfortable. Did not use the in-room coffee, but free coffee, juice, fruit and muffins available in the office in the morning. Staff very friendly. -

We used the hotel as a stopover point while visiting the Vancouver area and were very happy with the service and the location. It is very close to great attractions in the area. We were able to leave our vehicle for a reasonable fee while travelling on an Alaska Cruise. This was a bonus as parking in the downtown Vancouver area is very expensive.

Although situated on a busy junction, our room (103) was at the farthest point possible from the main road and there was no road noise.
Room, with sitting area and kitchenette, was a good size.
Swimming pool (open air) was good, if a little warm for the hot temperatures!
Location meant easy access to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, but equally easy to access downtown Vancouver over the Lion's Gate Bridge.
Staff helpful.

Front desk staff very friendly. Best water slide slide ever. The pool and water slide are in a different building so you had to go outside to get to it.
Continental breakfast included a waffle maker that was really good. Th hey also had hard boiled eggs but th hey didn't want you to heat them up in microwave but I did for a few seconds. -
