I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!! -

We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet when I was there - might be a little 'busier' during winter. It's somewhat off the 'beaten path', although the route to it was straightforward & well signposted. Room was clean, tidy & the water was hot. -

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -

The motel was a few steps from the beach. The receptionist was personable.
The room was very basic but had everything we wanted or needed--including a full kitchen. -
room was adequate - not fancy but comfortable and nice location. Pool was a pleasant surprise - large.
I would go again.

The 3 Hot tubs and 2 pools are excellent and are a great place to unwind after a fun filled day Golfing at one of the many world class golf courses. The room I had was perfect for 2. This is a first class luxury establishment. I stayed in Suite #302, which had a wraparound deck overlooking the harbour/bay of Sooke. It was beautiful. This luxury hotel offers everything the discriminating traveller expects.
And the location is......perfect!
I rarely give 5 stars...this hotel/resort is 6! -

We went with a group of friends all with kids. It is a great place and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and go back again.
