Very European--which is what we were looking for! Host was very friendly, accommodation was very clean and comfortable, setting was beautiful and relaxing, with a delicious European breakfast beautifully presented. This proved to be excellent value for money & I would thoroughly recommend it. -
Such a lovely couple of days. Gail and Jack made us feel really at home with lots of helpful advice about the area. Our two bedroom suite was beautifully decorated and super-comfortable, we both slept so well.
We loved the views of the lake and surrounding mountains and watched the sunset both nights from our outdoor patio with a bottle of wine, bliss!

rooms appeared clean and were comfortable. Breakfast was more than I expected and dinners were very good. Loved the gin and tonic drink too! Location was perfect. Most of all, the staff were all extra special, smiles, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job! -

there is simply little not to like- the extra touches like stocking the fridge with creamo for the morning coffee was just a delightful surprize- beds are comfy and view spectacular. Will be great when there is beach access -

My husband and I stayed for two nights in one of the newly remodeled fourth floor rooms. Very nicely done with keeping the old Hume hotel design yet quiet, comfortable and climate controlled.
Always enjoy the complimentary breakfast and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a great time in Mike's pub watching a hockey game on the huge screen.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 4th floor where the hotel has newly renovated the Room. The room was really good (brand new) and the bed was perfect to sleep on.
The restaurant was nice and Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended to anyone.

Great and very helpful stuff. Romantic and interesting design - my wife was really impressed by the bath tube in the living room. There is no a TV set in room which is good for us. Finally, there was enough fire wood for the fireplace :)
